All detected duplicate accounts will be terminated and their balances may be forfeited.

General Bonus Terms:

You not permitted for:

• Using the Surga888 name, logo, or trademarks for commercial or personal purposes without authorisation.
• Reverse engineering or attempting to obtain the platform's software source code.
• Creating derivative works from Surga888 content without explicit written permission.

Any infringement of Surga888's intellectual property rights will result in legal action and the pursuit of appropriate damages.

Surga888 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any term within this Terms & Conditions document.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other unlawful conduct.
• Failure to provide the requested identity verification documents within the stipulated timeframe.
• Receipt of instructions from relevant authorities, regulatory bodies, or courts.
• Account closure requested by the member.

Consequences of Account Termination: If an account is terminated due to a breach of the Terms, Surga888 reserves the right to forfeit all account balances, bonuses, and pending winnings. If termination is initiated at the member's own request and no violation has occurred, any valid account balance (excluding bonuses with unfulfilled wagering requirements) will be returned to the member via the original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Members whose accounts have been terminated for breach are not permitted to re-register or use the Surga888 platform in any capacity in the future.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Surga888 not liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond Surga888's reasonable control, including internet infrastructure failures, natural disasters, government actions, or third-party service providers.
• Losses arising from betting decisions made by members — all wagers are placed entirely at the member's own risk.
• The accuracy, completeness or suitability of any information available on the Platform for any particular purpose.
• Any losses arising from unauthorised access to a member's account as a result of the member's own negligence.

In all circumstances, Surga888's maximum liability to any member for any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Surga888 reserves the right to update, amend or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication of the updated version on this website with a new "Last Updated" date.
